What would it look like in my business?
Take a cake shop: at eleven at night a customer messages on WhatsApp asking if there’s a chocolate cake for twelve on Saturday. The assistant gives them the sizes and prices from your menu, takes the order with the pickup time and leaves it noted for you. If they ask for something off the menu, it lets you know so you can reply yourself.
