Your questions.
I don’t have good photos of my business. Is that a problem?
No. We send you a guide to take them yourself with your phone, and if you prefer, we arrange a photographer in your town. In the meantime we use quality stock so the website can launch on time.
What if I want to change things halfway through?
Two rounds of changes are included during design, which is where almost all of them come up. If a change comes later and affects the scope, we tell you what it costs and you decide; it never shows up as a surprise on the invoice.
How long until the website is live?
One week. On day 1 we talk, from day 2 to 4 we design, on days 5 and 6 we build and on day 7 it goes live. It only takes longer if photos or copy are missing on your side, and we tell you as soon as that happens.
