This notice governs access to and use of the website makeweb.es. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept what is set out below.

1. Who is behind this website

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE):

Owners: Hugo Sanz Abad (tax ID 50507227D) and Lucas Segovia Sánchez (tax ID 51253727K), trading jointly under the MakeWeb brand.
Address: Calle del Marge, 1, 03110 Mutxamel (Alicante), Spain. The studio works remotely and does not receive visitors at this address; it is listed because article 10 of the LSSI-CE requires it.

2. What this website is for

MakeWeb is a web design and development studio for local businesses. This website is informative and commercial: it presents our services, shows our work and offers a form so you can ask us for a proposal.

No products are sold and no services are contracted online through it. Any order is formalised afterwards, through a quote accepted in writing.

3. Terms of use

By using this website you agree to:

Use it in accordance with the law, this notice and good faith.
Not post or spread content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of others.
Not attempt to access restricted areas, or to alter, damage or disable the systems that run the website.
Provide truthful information in the contact form.

We reserve the right to withdraw access from anyone who breaches these terms, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, text, selection and arrangement of content, the MakeWeb brand and the logo belong to Hugo Sanz Abad and Lucas Segovia Sánchez or to third parties who have authorised their use. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view and download content for your personal use. What you may not do without written permission is reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate it for commercial purposes.

Business names, brands and third-party work shown in the projects section belong to their respective owners and are shown for illustrative purposes only.

5. Liability

We take care that the information published is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that it will remain valid indefinitely. The timescales, prices and results mentioned are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer: only the signed quote does.

Nor are we liable for service interruptions, network failures or damage arising from misuse of the website, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

This website may link to third-party sites (for example, social networks). These links are provided for reference only: we do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them. By following them you leave makeweb.es and are subject to the terms of the destination site.
