Before we talk about colours or code, we want to understand what is holding your business back. That is where the website starts.

What we put in writing.

What goes in writing in every quote, before we start. If we don’t keep to it, you see it on the invoice, not in an excuse.

Fixed price before we start
The quote you sign is what you pay. If something out of scope comes up, we tell you and you decide; it never turns up as a surprise on the invoice.
The website is yours, all of it
Domain in your name, code handed over and logins in your hands. You can take it to another studio whenever you like and we won’t ask why.
A date, not “soon”
We give you a delivery date from the start. If it slips because of us, we take it off the bill; if it slips because your photos are missing, we tell you the same day.
We teach you how to run it
When we launch, we record short videos of everything you will edit yourself, and for the first month you can message us on WhatsApp whenever you get stuck. You don’t depend on anyone to change your opening hours.
We measure it and show you
Speed, visits and enquiries, in a plain-language report. Starting with this very page: run it through PageSpeed Insights and see for yourself.
The person building it answers you
No account managers, no switchboard. You write, and the person working on your project replies.

All of this goes in writing in your quote, dated and signed.

You know what happens each day, what we need from you and when it will go live. If anything shifts, we tell you the same day.
